EICR and Consumer Unit Upgrade

Service Description

Conducting A Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) before a Consumer Unit ensures the existing wiring is in a satisfactory condition so that the new work will comply with BS7671. In order for a consumer to be replaced or upgraded please be aware that a Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) which is deem as a PASS or SATISFACTORY must be available for the property the consumer is to be replaced or upgraded. If the property is deemed "unsatisfactory" or a 'fail" from a conducted Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) but you do not want to proceed with the legally necessary works and you have booked a "EICR and Consumer Unit Upgrade" package then you will be charged £180 for the Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) and a £250 day rate fee for our electrician. If you fail to be present at the property on the date of the booking you will be charged a £250 day rate fee for our electrician.
